Regional Sales Consultant (RSC) Amplity is the full-service go‑to partner of biopharma companies that delivers flexible and specialized medical and commercial services. We scale with ease to maximize resources and improve impact for all our clients.

Services Summary The Regional Sales Consultant (RSC) engages health care professionals (HCPs) via telephone to promote assigned client product(s), maximize product potential, and meet program and client objectives. The RSC builds and maintains relationships with HCPs, educates them about product features, benefits, safety profile and approved indications, and ensures appropriate patient use. The RSC uses approved tools for product and program promotion and maintains a competent level of knowledge of product, program and customer activity.

Essential Services

Manage daily call responsibilities according to defined expectations to achieve KPIs.

Promote client product(s) via outbound calls by engaging HCP targets in in-depth program discussions to achieve sales, market share and other goals.

Answer inbound calls from HCPs to address product questions as required.

Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs and provide value‑added benefits to grow product volume.

Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program.

Prospect and qualify or disqualify HCPs from a target list.

Validate and complete required data entry in the CRM system, including target response details and follow‑through actions.

Communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology and approved messaging.

Maintain thorough knowledge of client product(s) and program.

Respond to customer needs and questions appropriately.

Create and maintain a positive impression with client and client customers.

Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Amplity health policies, code of conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws.

Participate in teleconference and live (when required) national, regional and district meetings, training sessions, and represent the client at national or local conventions.

Key Working Relationships

Report to Amplity Sales Manager.

Collaborate closely with other RSCs, Amplity client services, and home office support team members.

Maintain positive relationships with customers and client contacts.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.

1+ years of pharma sales experience.

Immunology experience (preferred).

Clinical understanding of immunology (preferred).

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Experience in or supporting an immunology office.

Ability to understand and explain complex scientific information via telephone.

Adaptability to a rapidly changing marketing department.

Advocacy for the customer and strong rapport‑building skills.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Salesforce.

Clear, professional phone manner and grammar‑sound speech.

Strong focus on superior customer support and service.

Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Successful completion of client training and meeting training expectations.
