Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate additional money through referrals and prospecting. Territory Location: New London, CT. This role offers uncapped commissions with performance-based bonuses/incentives and access to benefits. Responsibilities

The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Represent a quality brand in the industry and provide in-home consultations to customers. Meet with customers, assess flooring needs, and present suitable solutions. Engage in prospecting, referrals, and pre-qualified leads to grow business. Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual). Deliver excellent customer service and maintain Empire-branded professional appearance. Qualifications

Valid driver\'s license, vehicle with room for flooring sample boards, and ability to drive to customer homes. Valid auto insurance. Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation. Availability for evening and weekend appointments. Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales. Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person or virtually.
