Inside Sales Representative – Building Materials Industry Location: Greater Chicago Metro

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus

We have been retained to find an Inside Sales Representative role with a well‑established, relationship‑driven organization in the building‑materials space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves customer interaction, enjoys working closely with a sales team, and wants to build a long‑term career with a stable, growth‑oriented company.

What You’ll Do

Build and strengthen customer relationships through active listening, problem‑solving, and consistent follow‑through.

Partner closely with outside sales and product management teams to ensure seamless customer support.

Manage inbound and outbound calls, provide quotes, and follow up on open opportunities to drive sales results.

Develop strong product and application expertise to serve as a trusted resource for customers.

Keep customer interactions and sales activities updated in the CRM to support team collaboration.

Required Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).

1+ year of inside sales or customer service experience.
