As a Sales Consultant, you can expect a competitive salary with bonus opportunities while you learn the ins and outs of becoming an automotive sales expert. The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week and Sunday. Responsibilities
Sell vehicles and deliver excellent customer service through all stages of the sales process Test drive a variety of vehicles and complete quotes Present and explain financing options for used vehicles; develop negotiation skills Follow up with prospective customers and respond to inquiries via email, voicemail, or text Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals Qualifications
1 year or more of sales experience High school diploma or equivalent A valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to speak fluently in Spanish and English (strongly preferred but not required) Experience in customer service and sales is a plus Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency Ability to ask for the sale and follow through Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings About the role
