Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to upper management. This individual must be analytical and communicate effectively with people on their team and outside of it as well. They must also have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goals. Lastly, they must be able to and learn about our products and services inside and out so they can effectively convey product knowledge to our sales team and clients alike. Position: Sales Team Manager – National Sales Force Contintental Who\'s Who Publishing – Over 25 yr. company Location: United States • Remote (Must reside in NJ) Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 per year (base + commissions). Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition Supervisory responsibilities: Hire and train Sales Representatives Manage job listings and placements Set up Zoom meetings and conduct weekly training sessions Oversee daily workflow and scheduling of Sales Team staff Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations Handle disciplinary actions and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Collaborate with Sales Manager to establish sales goals and develop scripts for use by the Sales Team Monitor and review phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with policies and best practices Measure team performance; communicate goals and quotas; motivate Sales Representatives toward goals Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to Director of Marketing and Sales Resolve customer complaints and grievances Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required At least three years of successful Sales Team experience required Flexible work from home options available Benefits
