
Account Executive – SME
Are you passionate about driving engagement and learning in small to medium enterprises (SMEs)? If so, you might be the perfect fit for Kahoot! in Austin, Texas. We’re looking for an Account Executive focused on SMEs to join our dedicated sales team and generate new business by offering engaging learning solutions that elevate the learning experience in companies across diverse industries. The position reports to the Manager, SME/Enterprise Sales. Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing deals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through account management and outbound initiatives to generate revenue growth quarter over quarter. Serve as a subject‑matter expert presenting the value and driving the sales process of Kahoot! at Work suite. Collaborate with Customer Success, Presales, Product, and other commercial team members to define business objectives, use cases, and ensure high business outcomes for customers. Use HubSpot (CRM) to record all account activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date quotations, opportunities, and leads. Provide regular business pipeline reports and forecasts, with ad‑hoc reporting as needed. Develop presentations, customer pitches, and demos; attend outside sales events. Follow team processes and procedures, including invoicing, tax compliance, and other administrative tasks. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements
Proven track record of developing and driving B2B sales, preferably SaaS. 3+ years of experience in solution selling to stakeholders at multiple levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ambitious, self‑driven, and energized by a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
