With rapid growth, we are looking for a select few to join our Results Family to mentor and develop skills for a successful career in roofing and construction sales. Responsibilities
One-on-one coaching with an assigned team leader to learn the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry. Participate in team-building destination trips to grow as a team and individually. Work with an in-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your personal brand. Receive social media coaching and guidance to enhance outreach and engagement. Develop relationships with top industry leaders in the area. Qualifications / Required Qualities
No sales experience necessary; willing to train. Coachable and unwillingness to settle for mediocrity. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Organized and task-oriented. Honest with a high level of integrity. Problem solver, not a problem starter. Personable and comfortable initiating conversations with new people. Team player with strong work ethic. Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office. Experience in Sales (Entry Level, Outside, Auto, Fitness, Solar) is a plus; this role is for those with such backgrounds.
