Inside Sales Representative – Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, results‑driven sales professional to join our growing team and build a successful career in Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding an assigned portfolio of existing customers through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings. You will utilize our structured campaign process to identify customer needs, foster relationships, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services.
Handle a high volume of calls, maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in our sales CRM system.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
Confidently and effectively close sales on the spot after presenting solutions and adding value, assessing customer needs, addressing objections, and leveraging product knowledge.
Engage customers clearly, persuasively, and actively listen to understand.
Apply quick thinking and practical solutions during customer interactions.
Adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking sales activities.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree.
