Our client is currently seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for preventative maintenance contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, facility managers, and property owners
Conduct site assessments to evaluate customer needs and present tailored maintenance solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging HVAC/R technologies
Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, maintenance programs, and energy efficiency benefits
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
