Strategic Account Executive (f/m/d) – Remote (Germany) – Full Time

We’re looking for a
Strategic Account Executive
to lead SaaS customer acquisition and ARR growth within top-tier biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and Life Sciences accounts across DACH and Nordics. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling complex, long-cycle SaaS deals to enterprise clients—leading C-level negotiations in Pharma, Biopharma, and Life Sciences sectors—with experience managing large deals of €1M+ ARR.
What you’ll do:
Build and nurture executive relationships with key stakeholders to deliver sustained business growth
Lead cross-functional teams to win and expand customer accounts
Own the account strategy and drive execution via Salesforce (SFDC)
Drive new logo acquisition and portfolio expansion with precise forecasting and on-time bookings
What success looks like:
8+ years senior sales experience managing complex, long sales cycles (12–18 months)
Experience engaging C-suite decision makers and influencing customer strategy
Consistent achievement of sales targets through new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Good understanding of BioPharma R&D or manufacturing lifecycle challenges
Business-level proficiency in both German and English required.
Challenger sales methodology expertise
Scientific background (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Process Engineering)
Work remotely in Germany with frequent travel to key accounts
