Client Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with an existing base of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Growth:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the roofing industry, focusing on expanding the company's market presence. Product Knowledge:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's roofing products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the roofing industry or a related field. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-Motivation:
Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Customer-Focused:
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Base Salary:
$54,000 per year On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$115,000 - $195,000 per year, based on performance Health Insurance:
