ADP is hiring a
Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)
to close sales and win new business within a defined territory.

In this role you will:
Grow our business while growing yours: close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top‑down sales strategy within a protected territory.
Turn prospects into loyal and referring clients: recommend the right solutions, earn referral business by networking with existing and potential clients, and forge partnerships with decision‑makers.
Deepen relationships across the ADP Family: cross‑sell cloud‑based human resources solutions with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while maintaining high ethical standards.
To succeed in this role you should have:
Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style; able to cold‑call without fear of rejection, manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and present ideas clearly in writing, in‑person, and over the phone.
Strategic closer who has experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales and a proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Proven winner who thrives under pressure, motivating to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them.
Qualifications
College degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes: Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results‑driven environment.
Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a never‑lose mentality.
Bonus points for the ability to build a network and use social media for sales.
