Job Overview Parrots Lab, a video‑led digital marketing agency and podcast studio, is seeking a part‑time Sales Manager to grow our presence across the Inland Empire and Orange County. The role combines remote flexibility with in‑person networking and client meetings.
Compensation:
$20/hour + commission on sales + transportation.
Work setup:
Hybrid—remote work plus required attendance at local networking events, chamber functions, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, targeting service‑based businesses.
Build and maintain client lists, starting locally (Redlands) before expanding into the wider region.
Represent Parrots Lab at networking events, chambers, and business gatherings.
Present comprehensive marketing solutions (video production, podcasting, social media, funnel building).
Manage and track sales activity on our CRM.
Coordinate with the CEO on client onboarding and service delivery.
Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and relationship outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Local knowledge and willingness to attend in‑person events and meetings.
