Our Inside Sales Agent for inbound, remote work is available for candidates based in Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered. Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Compensation details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. What you will do
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Operate as a Front Lines Liaison to represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products for their needs. Provide excellent customer service, working from home or in an office as needed, and adapt to different environments and schedules. Position Details
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Work-from-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet services are not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Excellent communication with prospects and customers. Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency.
