What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Represent the employer brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs
Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-from-home requirements
Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
Excellent communication skills with both prospects and customers
Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2-3 years of sales experience preferred
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
