Responsible for development and execution of plans for Chevrolet Local Marketing Associations (LMAs) across the country. Involves weekly conversations with Regional Director, daily communication with Account Director and key dealers within the market to obtain both direction and offer strategic insight. Develop and implement LMA specific plans based on input that is applicable to the market. Identifies National efforts and leverages them in the local market to maximize impact. Tracks Regional incentive changes, LMA specific incentives, provide spending by model reports, SOM and Polk Data for each DMA. Also, submits all direction through HQ for processing and fulfillment. Acts as primary contact for routing between field office and HQ.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain contact with and obtain input from Account Director for implementation of advertising programs.
Create media list and directs traffic when requested by media.
Strategize and implement out of the box marketing plans for local grassroots efforts
Track Estimates and Production Spending.
Manage budgets, status reports, and inventory.
Create monthly Creative Detail Report with media partners /corresponding executions.
Monitor Broadcast Flight Dates for all specified markets.
Create, proof and send rotation instructions to traffic department for implementation.
Liaison between traffic department and media team regarding traffic questions/issues.
Ensure stations have correct :05 and :10 billboards.
Participate in Agency and Client weekly status report meetings.
Quarterly report updated monthly with current creative and active markets.
Work with Creative team to develop TV/Radio scripts.
Facilitate requests for information or creative from Partner Agencies.
Provide necessary creative assets for Regional Sponsorships, Promotions, or Added Value opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business-related OR equivalent, relevant experience
6 months - 1 year experience in a business environment, preferably as an Account Coordinator or Project Coordinator or related role in an Advertising or Marketing Agency
Strong sense of detail is critical to success in this role
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization
