We are a family owned restoration company, and we do work that matters - we build trust with our clients when they have water damage in their homes. And you get to be the one who is selling them our services.We don't require sales experience. All we are looking for is someone who excels at interacting with a variety of different individuals, and who wants to work hard and do things the right way, no matter what. If that's you, keep reading! What would I be doing?
Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territory Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues Communicate internally with team members Other duties may be assigned
What skills does it take to win?
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity Hungry, driven, and competitive Humble and teachable attitude Relational and outgoing personality Strong communication skills
What will I get paid?
We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal $125,000 with opportunity to exceed.
