We are a family‑owned restoration company that builds trust with clients when they experience water damage. As a sales representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact, speaking directly with clients.
Responsibilities
Respond to job leads by visiting clients’ homes within our service territory.
Build rapport and ask open‑ended questions to understand clients’ needs.
Assess home damage and propose solutions.
Follow up on questions and potential issues.
Communicate internally with team members.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
Hungry, driven, and competitive.
Humble and teachable attitude.
Relational and outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows on‑target earnings (OTE) to equal $125,000 with opportunity to exceed.
