You would specialize in a revolutionary form of Life insurance called Living Benefit Life Insurance, that you don’t have to die to collect. We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers to offer a portfolio of products to clients. Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs; present and explain life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups; tailor content to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, with regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Keep records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management. Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensing). Pay range and compensation package
100% commission-based plus incentives with no caps Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly Residuals paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale Job details
