to coordinate the development and implementation of HVAC sales growth strategies and sales coverage for the state of

Responsibilities
Work with VP of Sales and Product Managers to develop, implement, and manage target accounts.
Establish sales initiatives to meet and exceed annual sales and profit budgets.
Review all areas of HVAC regional sales performance and make suggestions to improve procedures and understanding with Branch Managers.
Assist in training HVAC sales personnel.
Meet regularly with sales personnel to review company, customer, market, and competitive information.
Travel 50+% overnight within the state of Florida.
Education & Experience
5+ years of distribution sales management experience.
Expertise in HVAC product lines.
Experience selling/managing commercial HVAC products and programs and developing individual sales plans.
