As an SDR at OneForce, you will be vital in driving sales through our affiliate program. You will be responsible for both outbound and inbound prospecting and training incoming affiliates.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting activities to generate affiliate registrations and drive sales.
Train, develop, and scale incoming affiliates.
Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and webinars, to engage affiliates.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential affiliates.
Qualify affiliates based on predetermined criteria and nurture them through our program.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
Strong understanding of outbound sales prospecting, including telemarketing, cold calling, and outbound email campaigns.
Understanding of inbound sales processes in support of marketing channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertising.
Prior experience in recruiting and motivating independent sales affiliates is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
