Reporting to the Territory Sales Director, the Regional Account Manager will protect and grow existing revenues, maximize HID installed base market share, and strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID customers within their specified region.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell HID products and services to existing and new customers or channels.
Identify and build strategic relationships within assigned customer accounts, both direct and indirect.
Participate on all major project opportunities, as required.
Provide technical and tactical support to project completion.
Provide technical and applications training for existing and new products at all levels and departments within customer organizations.
Participate in all local, regional and national security trade shows, as required or directed.
Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly new business and volume goals.
Prepare quarterly and annual Business Plan for assigned territory, as required.
Participate in regularly scheduled teleconference meetings.
Measure and monitor HID market share penetration in the territory, as required.
Initiate calls to existing or prospective clients to determine use and needs of HID products.
Achieve total customer satisfaction by interacting with assigned group of customers and HID management.
Establish communications with all departments to facilitate the resolution of customer related problems.
Track and report on leads, opportunities, and sales by means of periodic activity reports through Salesforce CMS.
Participate as a member of NAM PACS Regional Sales team to identify improvement opportunities and account growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to assigned account base, as required.
Qualifications and Experience
BA/BS degree in a related field (will consider 5+ years of experience in the physical security industry).
Minimum of 5+ years outside sales experience.
Experience in IoT and Cloud Services desired.
Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and organization skills.
Sound judgment and decision making ability.

The base salary in the United States is $93,000 to $108,000. The OTE is up to $180,000.
