What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized employers and drive revenue growth

Cultivate and grow broker relationships to explain joint Health Savings Account (HSA) and Consumer Directed Benefits (CDB) solutions

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations via phone and online conference calls

Consult with employers and brokers to determine the best product mix and pricing

Utilize Salesforce.com to manage a large pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate reporting

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field strongly preferred

Proven B2B phone sales experience in a closing role

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with Outreach.io or similar sequence/cadence systems

Extensive knowledge of the group health industry and HealthEquity products (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, etc.)

Experience working within multi-state territories

Strong phone presence and a track record of over-achieving sales quotas
