Job Summary As a Sales Support Coordinator with Leviat, you will support our market‑leading engineered products in the evolving construction industry. You will work cross‑regionally, interacting with sales, marketing, engineering, design, manufacturing, finance, and customer service functions. Your main responsibility will be executing requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers and coordinating projects across the Thermomass portfolio.

Job Location This role will be based out of our office in Riverview, FL and will require minimal travel.

Job Responsibilities

Work with production scheduling to prioritize and track projects.

Facilitate project progress and timeliness by contacting customers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information.

Communicate with customers regarding status of drawings, engineering, and expected completion dates, and update internal tools and software accordingly.

Maintain database records by inputting correspondence in the database for historical record keeping (e.g., email, phone call notes, project notes).

Provide necessary project information, guidance, and drawings to engineering and drafting teams.

Provide quotes to customers per job specifications using the price list.

Coordinate with outside vendors for delivery of materials and execution of outsourced projects.

Track project through daily engineering schedules to assure compliance with customer deadlines.

Collaborate with production, sales, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to provide forecasts.

Coordinate customers on horizon projects from bid stage through construction.

Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of project KPIs to meet and exceed department goals.

Assist in devising new ways to improve efficiency within the engineering department.

Answer customer inquiries, both technical and non‑technical.

Send out material spec sheets when requested and support the execution of quotes and estimates for engineering services and preliminary bills of materials.

Create and send engineering and drafting submittals to customers.

Job Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or sales in a fast‑paced industry, responsible for coordinating a high volume of projects.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents (specifications, drawings, etc.) is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), project‑management tools (Smartsheet preferred), and ERP systems (AX or SAP preferred).

Technical knowledge related to the construction industry, preferably tilt‑up, precast, masonry, or cast‑in‑place.

Self‑starter, motivated, and capable of taking initiative to finish projects on time.

Attention to detail, excellent time‑management, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work closely with others.

Excellent customer service and support orientation.
