You’ll be a solutions advisor for businesses, providing advanced automation and smart security products to help make businesses smarter and people safer. This is your chance to join a leader in security and automation and grow with us. Responsibilities
Conduct in‑person and virtual consultations with customers to demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart business solutions. Build relationships, exhibit empathy, and prioritize customer needs to turn prospects into loyal customers. Educate customers on our product portfolio, recommend appropriate solutions, and explain features in depth. Qualifications
Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individual with a strong drive to succeed. Strong communication and creative skills to explain complex solutions. Ability to adapt quickly to competitive and customer needs. Strong business insight and general knowledge of key small‑business industries and technology trends. Willingness to work on an uncapped commission structure with the support of specialized training. Pay & Benefits
Uncapped commissions (sales advisors can earn $85,000+; top performers can earn $150,000+). Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks.
