Job Summary Are you passionate about sales and looking to kickstart your career in the pharmaceutical industry? We’re seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to support our business-to-business (B2B) outreach. This is a perfect opportunity for someone motivated, energetic, and looking to learn the ropes of pharmaceutical distribution from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand our product catalog and distribution process
Identify and engage new pharmacy accounts through cold calls, emails, and CRM tools
Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships and close deals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and order confirmations
Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery
Attend sales training and mentorship sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or sales training is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently
Positive attitude, coachable, and goal-oriented
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and CRM systems
No prior sales experience required – just bring your ambition and work ethic!
