Industrial Regional Sales Manager
Chicago Blower Corporation (CBC), an industry leader in engineered air movement systems, seeks an experienced Industrial Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand OEM and end‑user relationships, and enhance CBC’s market presence.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong sales leadership, a deep understanding of industrial markets, and the ability to build and manage manufacturer’s representative networks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support regional sales teams to achieve and exceed sales and margin objectives.
Develop and expand OEM and industrial customer relationships within assigned territories.
Recruit, train, and manage manufacturer’s representatives and distributors.
Partner with engineering and inside sales to deliver accurate technical proposals and engineered solutions.
Conduct customer site visits and territory assessments to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain close communication with key accounts and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical/sales experience.
5+ years of sales management experience in industrial or engineered equipment markets.
Proven success managing manufacturer’s representatives and OEM accounts.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial ventilation, process, or rotating equipment preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel regionally as required.
