What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop a strong understanding of the employer’s technology and products, adapting to evolving offerings
Establish and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts to meet revenue goals
Sell the complete product portfolio, including consumables, instrumentation, and professional services
Make outbound contacts to identify sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
Manage customer relationships post‑sale to cultivate long‑term business partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong foundation in Genetics and Molecular Biology
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Life Science laboratory, sales role, or related field with customer‑facing experience
Experience in strategic sales with a proven ability to develop and grow key accounts
Ability to conduct effective and professional presentations to diverse audiences
Self‑motivated and eager to learn beyond initial onboarding
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing and Genotyping methods
Demonstrated desire to collaborate effectively within a team selling environment
Strong urgency in task management, planning, and prioritization skills
