Base Pay Range $68,640.00/yr – $92,550.00/yr

Responsibilities

Drive the assigned client’s business, increasing distribution, sales dollars/units, and other key performance indicators while staying within approved spend limits.

Ensure successful retail/merchandising execution and basic e‑commerce implementation, achieving targeted income and expense budgets.

Analyze trends and results to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to clients and customers.

Monitor and manage promotional spending, maintaining strict budgetary control and accounting of trade funds for assigned clients.

Meet or exceed client goals for sales, distribution, share, pricing, shelving, and promotional volume.

Launch strategy initiatives to pursue new opportunities and maintain competitive positioning at key retail locations.

Lead retailer headquarters calls and penetrate key positions to secure sales goals, manage manufacturer marketing and promotional funds, and update price and indirect order guides.

Collaborate with category management to develop retailer presentations using SKU optimization, promotion data, and lift analysis.

Build and maintain effective client and retailer relationships, ensuring customer access and engaging key stakeholders.

Provide timely, fluid communication on client goals, programs, price changes, and priorities.

Manage difficult situations, issues, and conflicts to achieve effective outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

4–6 years of relevant experience managing key retail accounts.

Proven track record managing high‑value accounts, developing long‑term relationships, and delivering on customer objectives such as sales growth and promotional execution.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Strong sales presentation and development skills.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of syndicated data and advanced computer proficiency.

Conflict management and cross‑functional leadership abilities.

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to handle a fast‑paced environment.

Adaptable and open to changing project priorities.

Travel and Driving Requirements

Essential duties involve travel up to 20% of the time.
