Overview
This position is primarily responsible for sales of hard good merchandise and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability and continue to provide the best-in-class guest service. Responsibilities
Generate sales for skis / boots / bindings Boot fitting Maintain the high-standard for guest service Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications
Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works Have basic computer skills English fluency, written and verbal Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds The Perks and Benefits
