An outstanding,

position has become available in the Breckenridge, CO area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience as a

Property Manager

managing

Short Term Rentals.

This position would earn a

generous base salary

Required work experience includes:

3+ years

of experience in

Short Term Rental

or

Vacation Property Management

is a

MUST

Experience with

managing and scheduling housekeeping services ,

managing booking websites ,

navigating and attending to complaints ,

preparing financial statements , etc. is a

MUST

Knowledgeable in

Short Term Rental laws

and

licensing requirements

(state/county/federal) is a

MUST

Proficiency with

booking software

(e.g., Escapia) is a

MUST

Prior experience in

Marketing

is a

BIG PLUS
