About the Role: Join a dynamic and growing independent insurance agency as a

Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) . We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a

middle-market book of business

with accounts ranging from

$25,000 to $250,000 in premium (average ~$75,000) . If you have strong expertise in

Applied Epic

and thrive in a client-focused role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service an established commercial lines book, ensuring high client retention.

Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy reviews.

Build relationships with clients and underwriters to provide optimal coverage solutions.

Assist with marketing and remarketing accounts as needed.

Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines.

Utilize

Applied Epic

to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience

in commercial lines account management.

Proven ability to service

middle-market accounts ($25K–$250K premium range) .

Proficiency in Applied Epic is required

(mandatory for remote candidates).

Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and carriers.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Insurance licensing (P&C) is required.
