Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, focusing on habitational, construction, property, and lessor's risk accounts Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $25,000 to $100,000, with a total book of business valued at $6M-$7M Collaborate with producers to quote new and renewal business Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate service Ensure all account activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline workflows Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure required Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in managing tasks Experience with habitational and property accounts is highly preferred Proficiency in EPIC software or similar account management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (higher compensation may be considered based on experience) Benefits:
