
Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial CSR

Compensation Package
Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, handling policies of varying sizes.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
