Overview
Job Summary : Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the producer, managing middle-market, generalist accounts.
Compensation
Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
Hybrid (remote work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday).
Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of middle-market, generalist commercial lines accounts.
Collaborate exclusively with one producer to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Sagitta (Vertafore) software.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with middle-market accounts.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Sagitta (Vertafore) software is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a client-focused approach.
Work Environment:
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with remote work on designated days.
