Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (Sr. CLAM) – Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (Sr. CLAM) to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of in-office and remote work flexibility. The successful candidate will work closely with one producer, managing a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts. Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from mid to large size, valued at $250,000+. Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business. Collaborate closely with a designated producer to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Utilize Saggitta or Vertafore software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain required licenses and designations. Qualifications
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Saggitta or Vertafore software is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a client-focused approach. Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with remote work on designated days. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. PTO: Negotiable. Work Schedule: Hybrid (remote on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday). Start Date: February.
