What We Offer

Aggressive commission and bonus structure

Paid training for qualified candidates with customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, service industry, etc.)

First-year earnings potential:

$60K–$100K+

Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and license/motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences

Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options

Conduct test drives in a professional and safe manner

Negotiate and close sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-first manner

Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring complete satisfaction

Maintain thorough and accurate sales documentation

Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes

Participate in training and team meetings; mentor new team members as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior sales experience preferred (any industry); auto sales a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to succeed

Ability to build trust and rapport with customers

Basic computer and internet navigation skills

Bilingual abilities are a plus

Valid NY State driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must pass a drug screening and background check
