Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
Guide customers through the full sales process—from introduction and test drives to financing and final delivery
Negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Stay knowledgeable about Hilbish Ford’s inventory, including vehicle features, technology, and current promotions
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Participate in ongoing training opportunities to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven with the ability to consistently achieve performance targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Basic computer proficiency for managing customer records and sales tools
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
