Capital Ford of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. As the primary point of contact for customers needing maintenance or repair work, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience. This position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to guide customers confidently through the service process.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and gather customer concerns to accurately assess service needs
Clearly explain recommended services, repair options, and associated costs to customers to build trust and transparency
Schedule service appointments and effectively manage the workflow of the service department
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of all repair work
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of satisfaction
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry preferred
Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service
Proficiency with software tools used for scheduling, estimating, and invoicing
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check
