We're seeking an experienced
Multifamily Superintendent
to oversee ground-up construction projects in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Description
Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain schedule and quality
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report updates to the project manager
Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship and adherence to plans
Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilization
Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and change orders
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive problem‑solving approach
Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
OSHA 30 certification preferred
