About the Role Ready to take your property management career to the next level? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Assistant Property Manager

to join our team in

Koreatown, Los Angeles . You’ll support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations while helping maintain a high standard of property performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values growth within a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property

Coordinate leasing and marketing activities for current and upcoming vacancies

Review and approve move-in files; ensure smooth onboarding of new residents

Promote lease renewals and maintain strong resident relationships

Support rent collection, delinquency management, and policy enforcement

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in

Yardi Voyager

Partner with the Regional Property Supervisor to meet property goals

Collaborate with maintenance and resident services teams for efficient service

Perform property walks to ensure curb appeal and quality standards

Attend required meetings, trainings, and assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

Experience in property management or leasing (assistant level or higher)

Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and

Yardi Voyager

Strong customer service approach and ability to interact with diverse residents

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively

Yardi Voyager experience

Preferred Skills

Bilingual in English/Spanish

Strong leasing and closing abilities

Experience with rent collections or legal notices
