We are partnered with a successful global manufacturing firm based in Charlotte, NC who is seeking an IT Director. This position will report directly to the CFO.
This role will be hybrid remote (2 days a week in office is preferred). Please see a few of the requirements below:
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS) from four-year college or university in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Software Engineering or Cyber Security
A minimum of ten (10) years in progressive IT roles with at least five (5) years in leadership positions, providing strategic, technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership to implement project activities successfully
Project Management proficiency: Advanced knowledge in all phases of project management
Must be able to effectively employ contemporary project management tools
Strategic Planning: Advanced skills in formulating goals and devising plans that effectively meet or exceed project objectives. This includes experience in project management of complex computer systems and facilities
Technology Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of available hardware/software, system integration techniques, network management, and best project management practices
System Enhancement: Advanced background in leading system enhancements, particularly with SAP, CRM (Dynamics), SharePoint SPO, and running RFQs from conception through development
Office 365: Advanced proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project
