Associate Client Director, Capital Markets We are seeking a high-performing Associate Client Directorto drive growth within ourCapital Markets vertical, focusing on hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, and investment banks. This role requires a deep understanding of the business drivers in financial services, along with a strong command of technology solution selling—particularly in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative selling approach and a track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute account strategies to drive new business within assigned Capital Markets accounts

Engage with senior-level decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, etc.) to understand priorities and position AHEAD solutions

Identify and close opportunities across AHEAD’s portfolio: cloud transformation, modern infrastructure, security, data platforms, automation, and managed services

Drive consultative sales cycles , leveraging solution architects and subject matter experts to shape strategic engagements

Collaborate with AHEAD delivery, marketing, and partner teams to build tailored go-to-market campaigns for the Capital Markets vertical

Accurately forecast pipeline and manage CRM hygiene for executive visibility

Represent AHEAD at industry events, conferences, and client briefings

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Capital Markets sector

Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions (cloud, data center, managed services, or security)

Strong understanding of financial services technology challenges including latency, regulatory compliance, and high availability infrastructure

Comfortable working with technical and business leaders; ability to translate between the two

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Self-starter mindset with high accountability and strong team collaboration skills

Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
