WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Advise and support clients with inquiries around various insurance coverages, policies and terms Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service Work with producers to maintain high customer retention Manage customer communication & documentation Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements Facilitate the claims process, as needed Requirements
Customer Service background Strong written & verbal communication skills Strong Problem solving skills Detail-oriented Positive attitude Preferred bachelor's degree or insurance background Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace P&C insurance license and experience required Why Them?
This position is a full-time, in-office position in Dallas, TX. Their training program is intentionally designed to ensure you are fully-equipped and confident in starting your role.
