What You'll Do
Manage personal lines clients throughout the full policy cycle Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions Explain coverages and policy options in a clear, customer-friendly way Prepare quotes for new and renewal business Handle endorsements, billing questions, cancellations, and policy updates Collaborate closely with producers and team members in a supportive environment Keep accurate records and follow agency procedures to ensure consistency What We're Looking For
Active MA P&C license 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively QQCatalyst experience is helpful (not required) Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required Why You'll Love Working Here
