Personal LinesAccount Manager , you'll play a vital role in supporting clients with their home, auto, and umbrella insurance needs—delivering exceptional service, fostering strong relationships, and helping clients protect what matters most. What You'll Do
Manage a book of
standard personal lines accounts
(auto, home, umbrella, and related policies). Handle
policy renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and day‑to‑day servicing
needs. Provide clients with clear, proactive communication and coverage education. Work closely with carrier partners to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Support producers and account executives by maintaining accurate policy data in
Applied Epic . Contribute to team initiatives and uphold the company's values of service, integrity, and collaboration. What You Bring
1+ years
of personal lines account management experience in an
independent agency
setting. Active
MA Property & Casualty license. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with
Applied Epic
