Manage the full lifecycle of SIM-only offers—from design & pricing to go-to-market & performance tracking—ensuring customer-centricity, profitability, and commercial competitiveness.

Responsibilities*** Portfolio Strategy Development - Develop a compelling SIM-only strategy aligned with customer needs, brand positioning, and revenue goals.* Product Lifecycle Management - Own lifecycle from launch to retirement of SIMO plans. Maintain relevance and portfolio hygiene.* Pricing and Profitability Management - Craft pricing and value tiers based on affordability, competition, and margin targets.* Go-To Market Planning - Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Channels to ensure SIMO offers are GTM-ready and market-resonant.* Performance Monitoring and Optimization - Track and optimize key metrics like acquisition, ARPU, churn, and campaign ROI* Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with CLM, Brand, and Digital to ensure SIMO offers are customer-centric and responsive to demand signals.* Customer and Market Insights Integration - Integrate voice of customer, segment behavior, and competitive benchmarking into portfolio refinements.**Top 3-5 Deliverables*** SIMO roadmap with clear tiering, pricing, and segment mapping* Launch plans and readiness documentation for SIMO offers* Performance reports (ARPU, churn, uptake, acquisition)* Plan improvement proposals based on insights and performance gaps* Competitive scan and response strategy for SIMO category* Customer experience and value enhancement initiatives* Offer lifecycle tracker (intro, growth, sunset phases)**KPIs*** Launch Success Rate* Conversion Rate (GTM Campaigns)* Revenue Growth* Customer Retention* Execution Efficiency**Competencies*** Marketing Revenue Management (P&L Management)* Brand Strategy Development* Brand Strategy Championing (in all Plans and Execution with the Globe Brand Strategy)* Business Innovation* Product Conceptualization* Marketing Strategy Execution* Growth Marketing**Requirements*** **Experience**: At least 3 years in Product or Portfolio Management of consumer products and services (experience in subscription-based products preferred)* **GTM & Execution**: Experience in end-to-end launch management across digital and retail channels; strong project/program management skills* **Commercial Acumen**: Hands-on with pricing and unit economics (e.g. ARPU, CLV, churn, payback, elasticity, cannibalization). Able to build business cases and manage a P&L* **Data Fluency**: Intermediate to advance spreadsheet skills and understanding* **Customer Insighting:** Ability to translate VOC, journey pain points, and competitive scans into clear value propositions and plan improvements* **Stakeholder Management**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present to senior leaders with crisp storytelling* **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in any related field (Master's degree is a plus)**Equal Opportunity Employer**
