By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**This role is responsible for supporting the portfolio governance of product performance and benefits, managing the daily operations of OPEX Budget of the group, and maintaining an inventory of CX Blueprint Artifacts.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:****1. **Budget Management**:**• Maintain a regular and systematic tracking of OPEX budget availment including monitoring and validating of actuals and creating variance analysis reports. • Facilitate alignment between PX proponents and Finance partners for budget availment requests from initiation of planned allocations or change to new reallocations, up to approval, and actual utilization towards ensuring compliance to financial policies and guidelines.• Provide support in identifying budget-related issues and leading coordination to drive resolution.• Conduct regular budget reconciliation analysis to identify any possible misaligned availments and execute the necessary corrective measures such as, but not limited to, filing reclass memos.• Create periodic reports on budget performance and variance analysis.**2. **Administrative Governance:****• Provide support by circulating information to the group on any relevant new and updated policies and procedures from cross-functional enabling partners such as, but not limited to, HR, Legal, Procurement and Logistics, Finance and Administration.• Create new or prepare updates to PX user guides on, but not limited to: LOA for budget availment, expense reclassification requests, purchasing thru Ariba (purchase order or direct invoice or manual RFP), and contract requirements thru Legal.• Promote applicable enterprise internal controls by socializing through advisory or reiteration to PX proponents. • Support any internal audit engagement by coordinating with relevant PX proponents and preparing necessary status updates on the engagement to PX Leadership Team.**3. **Portfolio Governance**:**• Coordinate with Product Management proponents to collate the product benefits and create a monitoring report for shared updating.• Coordinate with identified CX artifact owners from cross-functional groups to collate the progress of CX Blueprint Artifacts and create a monitoring report for shared updating. Create a single repository (shared drive) to maintain the draft and approved versions of the artifacts.**Top 3-5 Deliverables:**• OPEX Monthly ExVar (Expense-Variance) Report and Ad-hoc Periodic Reports• OPEX Quarterly Budget Review Report• OPEX Annual Budget Plan• OPEX Monthly Reclassification Requests and Reports• Portfolio Monitoring Reports (CX Blueprint Artifacts, Product Benefits)**KPIs:**• 100% within OPEX Budget Plan• 100% Milestone Achievement of Quarterly & Annual Budget Reports• 100% Milestone Achievement of Launch of Portfolio Monitoring Reports**Competencies:**• Strategic, Analytical, Problem-Solver, Detail-oriented, Highly Organized• Portfolio Management• Budgeting & Forecasting• Financial Storytelling• Strategic Alignment• Stakeholder Management**QUALIFICATIONS:**Education**:**• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Product Management, Strategy, or a related fieldWork Experience:• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, product management, or business operations in a technology-driven or product-centric environment
