The Analyst – HR Administration (Employee Relations) position supports the Employee Relations (ER) team by assisting with day‑to‑day employee inquiries, coordinating ER processes, and helping ensure a fair, consistent, and positive work environment. This role will support the Employee Relations team by assisting with first and second‑level ER issues, helping to resolve workplace concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Employee Relations Coordinator will support the company culture by responding to employee needs, tracking ER activity, and helping improve employee satisfaction and engagement. This position will also assist with updating company policies and ensuring that the Human Resources department remains compliant in HR practices. Responsibilities

Employee Support & Communication

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, workplace concerns, and ER processes Provide clear and timely communication to employees and managers regarding ER‑related matters Assist in coordinating follow‑up actions, scheduling meetings, and tracking responses

Employee Relations Case Support

Help intake and document employee concerns, complaints, or workplace issues Track ER cases, maintain case files, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate when adding into HR system Assist with preparing summaries, reports, or data requests for ER team members Track performance improvement plans (PIPs), non‑medical accommodation cases, and other corrective action documentation Assist managers with accessing templates, forms, and ER resources

Investigation Assistance

Coordinate scheduling of employee interviews or meetings related to ER investigations. Compile documentation, evidence, or statements as directed by ER leadership while maintaining confidentiality

Policy and Compliance Support

Support the administration and communication of company policies, guidelines, and corrective action processes Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies, federal/state employment laws, and ER procedures Assist with monitoring trends in employee concerns to help identify potential policy gaps or areas for improvement

Policy Updates and Compliance

Support the review, update, and communication of HR and company policies Help ensure policies reflect current legal requirements, organizational standards, and best practices Track acknowledgement of new or updated policies and follow up with employees or managers to ensure compliance

Administration & Reporting

Assist with preparing quarterly ER metrics and reports Help update templates, forms, and guides to ensure ER materials remain current

Programs & Engagement

Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and ER‑related training sessions Assist with coordinating company events

Reception Desk Coverage

Provide front desk support during team member absences, including handling mail, FedEx shipments, phone calls, and other related tasks

Compensation Range

Associate's Degree – Required Bachelor's Degree – Preferred 1–2 Years of Direct Experience in Human Resources or Administrative Assistant – Required 2–5 Years of Direct Experience in Human Resources or Administrative Assistant – Preferred Employee Relations Training – Preferred Human Resources Certification or License – Preferred Physical Requirements
