Lead Teller & Community Banker

We are looking for an experienced Teller, Banker, or Universal Banker that loves helping customers. This role is located at the Grand Avenue Branch, helping with a variety of banking services including teller transactions, lead teller details, and account servicing.
Responsibilities
Providing high quality professional customer service
Maintaining strong knowledge of products and technologies used by customers
Providing teller line leadership for daily routines, approvals, and scheduling
Opening and servicing accounts
Successful customer onboarding and follow up
Risk management and fraud prevention
Participating in company and community involvement
Role Details Full time position. We are open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday with rotating coverage on Saturdays 9am – 12pm.
Qualifications Currently or recently in a teller, lead teller, or banker role within a community bank. Minimum of two years’ experience in one of these areas. Demonstrated skills in relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate well with team and customers, be dependable, reliable, have a sense of urgency, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements.
